why did you give up law?
Debbi Mack // May 8, 2008 at 10:12 pm |
Because I love to write, life is too short to spend it doing something you don’t love and I don’t have to wear a suit and pantyhose to do it.

Your site came up as I searched for information regarding the 9th circuit court ruling Dystonia or ST as a disability. I couldn’t find the information. Do you have any information regarding ruling? I cannot remember what year it was I was told about it or the person’s name involved in the case. I live in the 9th district and could sure you some help tracking this down. Thank You.

Please e-mail me of follow-up comments re: 9th circuit ruling. I can’t always browse the web. Thank you

Hi Nancy,
That’s a new one on me. I don’t even recall writing about a 9th Circuit decision involving dystonia. I may have written about the 9th Circuit and dystonia in separate posts. Have you tried searching within the site? I can check and let you know if I find anything. But offhand, I have no recollection of writing about such a case.
Sorry.

As I suspected, got separate posts about dystonia and the 9th Circuit (mostly under environmental news), but not both together.
