I'd say a few people (and a dog) are missing.
Okay, I realize I’m weighing in late on this. (The following will also have no meaning for anyone who didn’t watch Lost, so feel free to ignore this, if you didn’t.) I’ll blame it on not seeing the season finale until Monday and having to leave for Book Expo America the next day, where I was kept way too busy to be bothered with blogging about much of anything, including the preposterous ending to this thoroughly ridiculous show.
So many questions about Lost remained unanswered. I think, rather than try to tease them all out myself, I’ll let these people do that for me.
Three things they didn’t mention that stuck in my head: 1) Why would Desmond help Locke keep the button in the hatch from being pushed, when he already knew what would happen? 2) Why the hell did Jack have to put his shoes on the feet of Locke’s corpse when they took the flight back to the island? 3) Why did everyone keep mentioning “Oceanic Flight 815″ when they ran into each other? Wouldn’t they just say, “I saw you on the flight from Sydney” or whatever? Seriously, who the hell talks like that?
